Eligibility Criteria

Eligibility criteria for insulation of walls, roof and floor/ceiling
to be financed under the REECL Programme

 

Definition:

Construction elements to be insulated with an external integrated thermal insulation system using the following thermal insulation materials:

  • Mineral wool (batts and rolls)
  • Polyurethane
  • Expanded polystyrene (EPS)
  • Extruded polystyrene (XPS)
  • composite silicate insulation (prefabricated boards with thermal conductivity ≤0.046 W/mK)

 

Eligibility Criteria:

Maximum U-factor for construction elements:

  • Walls: < 0.28 W/m2K
  • Roof:  < 0.25 W/m2K
  • Floor:  < 0.25 W/m2K

 

Conformity Requirement:

CE Marking or Certificates of conformity issues by accredited institution in EU.

When conformity is certified by an Accredited Institution, the vendor must submit all drawings, bill of materials, and other pertinent product specifications, on the basis of which the Institution has issued its certification report.
